I am the founder of the Celestia Motherlode. There’s a lot to say about this, but basically it’s a site that collects all the add-on files available for the free space simulator Celestia. Using this site, anyone with a little bit of patience can create their own detailed, realistic copies of the known (and imagined) universe. It started out as a solo project, but many people more skilled and careful than myself joined and made it much better than I ever could.
Semi-automatic Zero Finder for Mathematica
I created this utility for use in my programming job in Chile. It finds the zeros (or roots, or x-intercepts) for whatever function you enter, based on some guesses the users enters by hand, or by just testing at regular intervals. It’s particularly good at finding zeros for transcendental functions, which Mathematica can only find one at a time, and not very reliably. If you’re still interested, take a look at the utility’s dedicated page.
The Presidency of the United States of America
Many people don’t know about my candidacy for Leader of the Free World. Now perhaps more of them will. “Don’t blame me, I voted for a joke candidate!” buttons available on request. I have a lot of them left, so don’t be shy.
